Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit-Out

Job Summary

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQs, variations, and project cost control, with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in interior or fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets based on drawings and specifications
• Analyze drawings, tender documents, and project requirements
• Handle pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying activities
• Monitor project costs and control budgets throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and evaluate variations, claims, and final accounts
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Verify subcontractor measurements, invoices, and payment certificates
• Assist in procurement and material cost analysis
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and contract conditions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior fit-out / finishing works
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and joinery works
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity take-off methods
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs accurately
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with interior fit-out contractors or joinery companies
• Familiarity with UAE construction practices and standards
• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
