Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Bahria Orchard, Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate quantity take-offs for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Develop detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project resources.
• Conduct cost analysis and assist in value engineering.
• Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure cost control and timely reporting.
• Maintain proper project documentation and quantity records.

Requirements:

• Education: DAE (Civil) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or real estate projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs90,000.00 per month
