Job Description

Ahmed Construction Company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) with 3–6 years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate must have strong expertise in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, and project cost control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and detailed cost estimates
• Conduct rate analysis and budgeting
• Prepare contractor bills and client invoices
• Monitor project expenses and control costs
• Prepare tender documents and quotations
• Verify on-site measurements and maintain quantity records
• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 3–6 years of experience in construction cost management
• Strong knowledge of market rates and construction materials
• Excellent command of MS Excel and estimation software
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently
