Quantity Surveyor

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects, from initial estimates to final accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets
• Develop and manage tender documents
• Evaluate contractor bids and proposals
• Monitor project budgets and financial progress
• Handle variations and payment processes
• Ensure projects are completed within budget while meeting quality and legal standards
• Demonstrate understanding of construction and landscape design principles
• Must be apt in IPCS, RARs, MSs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in quantity surveying or a related role
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Knowledge of relevant construction laws, codes, and regulations
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
