Quantity Surveyor (MEP Projects)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our MEP team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for MEP projects
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget control throughout the project lifecycle
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements
• Handle contract administration, variations, and claims
• Prepare interim valuations, invoices, and final accounts
• Coordinate with project teams to track progress and cost impact
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and project requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP projects
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and BOQ preparation
• Familiarity with standard forms of contracts and local regulations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
