Quantity Surveyor

Overview:

Responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects from the initial estimation to the final figures, ensuring value for money while maintaining the required standards and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Price and forecast the cost of different materials required for the project
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities (BOQ), and other necessary documentation
• Track design or construction changes and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Procure or agree on the services of contractors and/or subcontractors involved in the project
• Measure and value work completed on-site
• Prepare and review bills submitted by subcontractors
• Select and/or source construction materials and send quotations to vendors
• Prepare purchase orders and project-related reports

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Qatar
• Strong knowledge of local market rates, suppliers, and regulations
• Arabic speaker preferred
• Valid Qatar Driving License (required)
• Ability to join immediately
