Quantity Surveyor Assistant - Site Based

Quantity Surveyor Assistant - MEP (Site-Based)

Location: Abu Dhabi

Experience: 2+ years

We are currently seeking a MEP Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This is a site-based role across various ongoing projects within the UAE.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant UAE Experience
• Education: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical or preferably Mechanical Engineering
• Familiar with methods of measurement such as POMI, NRM, and standard contract forms
• Proficient in Planswift, AutoCAD, and MS Excel (strong skills in data analysis & reporting)
• Currently based in the UAE who are ready to join immediately preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Quantity Take-Offs & Measurement: Accurately extract quantities from drawings/specs for MEP works
• Payment Management: Support in preparing/verifying interim payments and subcontractor billing
• Variation/Change Order Management: Assist in tracking scope changes, cost impacts, and preparing claims

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
