Quantity Surveyor/ Billing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and interim/final bills.
• Verify contractor claims and ensure alignment with project documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams for data collection.
• Manage the billing process and follow up on payments.
• Maintain accurate records of billing transactions.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and forecasts.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning.
• Analyze contract terms and conditions.
• Manage procurement processes and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks.
• Prepare and analyze tender documents and contracts.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions.
• Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,165.22 - ₹39,818.55 per month
