Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and manage cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure clarity on costs and contract terms.
Track project costs, variations, and progress to maintain financial control.
Prepare interim valuations, progress payments, and final accounts.
Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and assist in contractor selection.
Maintain accurate records of measurements and project documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering,
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (experience level can be tailored).
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost control methods.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
