Quantity Surveyor (Building & Infrastructure Works) (Very urgent position)

looking to connect with an experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in building and infrastructure projects (Position based at Karachi but need to travel across Sindh).

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of tender documents, BOQs, and cost estimates
• Conducting market surveys and rate analysis
• Preparing of running and final bills, adjustments and variation claims
• Monitoring project costs and budgets
• Assisting in contract administration and documentation

Qualification:

• BS (Civil Engineering) / B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and cost control
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity take-off software
• Own conveyance required
