Position Vacant: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Bahria Town Rawalpindi

Department: Estimation / Project Management

Job Type: Full-time (Duty timing 2PM to 10PM)

JOB ROLE: REQUIRED FOR US ( NYC) BASED PROJECTS COST ESTIMATION

Only those candidates will be shortlisted who have experience of quantity surveying BOQ Preparation for USA projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Quantity take-offs and BOQs for civil works
• Cost estimation, budgeting, and tender analysis
• Preparing subcontractor comparisons and cost reports
• Monitoring project costs and variations
• Coordination with project managers, engineers, and US-based teams
• Working on US drawings, specifications, and standards

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Experience in quantity surveying / estimation for civil projects
• Experience with US or NYC projects preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel (mandatory); PlanSwift / Bluebeam is a plus
• Strong understanding of civil construction materials and methods
• Good communication skills (written & verbal English)
