Quantity Surveyor Civil & Finishing Works

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in civil engineering and finishing works to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative analyses.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and prepare progress payment certificates.
• Assist in contract administration and project budgeting.
• Coordinate with the engineering and site teams to ensure cost control and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within civil and finishing projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and cost estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
