Quantity Surveyor (Civil) – Karachi

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Civil) with minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in industrial building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tender documents, BOQs, and cost estimates

• Evaluate contractor bills and process progress payments

• Conduct site measurements and verify works against drawings and specifications

• Administer contracts and assist in claim evaluation and variation management

• Monitor project costs and support budget control throughout the project lifecycle

• Coordinate with design, planning, and procurement teams for accurate cost and quantity data

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (industrial building experience preferred)

• Strong expertise in contract administration, tender preparation, and cost management

• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity take-off software

• Strong analytical and communication skills
