Quantity Surveyor & Estimator Fitout Works

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor for Civil & Fit out Works to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects, analyzing drawings and specifications, and drafting technical drawings using CAD software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs based on project requirements.
• Create and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD or other drafting software.
• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and contractors for pricing and technical details.
• Assist in tender preparation and submission.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and estimation software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Estimator/QS: 2 years (Required)
• Draftsman: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)

• Dubai (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
