Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor who specializes in Interior Design and Fit-Out projects within the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, contract management, and commercial control throughout all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and cost estimates
• Conduct cost planning and project budgeting
• Review drawings, specifications, and client requirements
• Manage variations, claims, and change orders
• Perform regular site inspections for progress & cost control
• Negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors and finalize agreements
• Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates & final accounts
• Maintain compliance with company policies and UAE regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant field
• Minimum 5+ years UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out projects (Required)
• Strong knowledge of commercial, contractual, and cost control principles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office & QS-related software
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
