Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and finalize Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and material take-offs for commercial interior projects.
- Conduct tendering processes, including floating enquiries, analyzing quotations, negotiating with vendors/subcontractors, and finalizing contracts.
- Monitor project budgets, prepare cash flow forecasts, and ensure cost control against allocated budgets.
- Conduct site measurements and validate contractor bills, progress claims, and payment certificates.
- Evaluate variations, change orders, and claims, ensuring they are documented, justified, and approved.
- Maintain cost reports, MIS, and project financial records for management review.
- Liaise with project managers, designers, procurement, and contractors to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs without compromising on quality or design intent.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of commercial interiors, fit-outs, finishes, and MEP works.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software/tools.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and numerical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communicator with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in commercial interior/fit-out projects.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
