Quantity Surveyor - Junior

About the Role

On behalf of our client in KSA - Premium Solutions Consultancy is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with some relevant experience seeking to further develop their skills in quantity surveying within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project budgets and cost estimates.
• Help in the development of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for tender submissions.
• Support in the analysis of drawings and specifications to calculate quantities and costs.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to gather relevant data for cost assessments.
• Collaborate with senior quantity surveyors to assess subcontractor bids and proposals.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and project correspondence.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on cost estimates and budget status.

Required Position: Quantity Surveyor - Junior.

Hiring for our client in KSA - Quantity Surveyor - Junior.

Experience: 3 to 5 years.

• Bachelor in Quantity Surveying or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in the Quantity Survey of the Electrical area.
• Experience in the Construction Field.
• Bilingual Candidates.

Working days: 6 days a week.

Working Hours: 8 hrs. + 2 hours overtime.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: Basic 6,900 to 7,680 SAR.
