Quantity Surveyor (Pre / Post Tender)

Job Description

We are urgently seeking a Quantity Surveyor with expertise in pre-tender and post-tender activities. The candidate will support our projects in cost planning, tendering, contract management, and financial control to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and cost estimates
• Review subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison sheets
• Manage contract reviews, commercial risks, and obligations
• Handle variations, claims, and project cost control
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pre/post tender QS
• Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and costing
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
