Job Summary

We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to manage cost estimation, quantity take-offs, budgeting, and contract administration for construction projects. The successful candidate will support effective cost control, accurate measurements, and compliance with contractual and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare BOQs, estimates, and cost breakdowns for construction projects.
  • Evaluate project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Prepare and review interim payment applications, variations, and claims.
  • Conduct cost control, cost tracking, and budget monitoring.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and procurement teams.
  • Perform site measurements, quantity take-offs, and material analysis.
  • Assist in preparing contracts, tenders, and bids.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of QS experience in contracting or construction companies.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and QS software.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
