Quantity Surveyor (UPDA – Grade C)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor who holds UPDA Grade C, with strong experience in both pre-contract and post-contract QS works.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
• UPDA Grade C (requires 5–7 years of experience)
• Minimum 5–7 years of QS experience in Qatar construction projects
• Strong skills in BOQ preparation, take-offs, cost control, variations, and contract management
• Good knowledge of QCS and contractual documents
• Proficiency in MS Office and QS software
• Valid Qatar ID (transferable) preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
