Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer – Steel Works)

A&M International is hiring! We are looking for immediate joiners for the following position:

Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer – Steel Works)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and variation orders
• Track project costs (direct & indirect)
• Prepare and follow up on PPC (Progress Payment Certificates)
• Coordinate with accounts for cash flow and payments
• Evaluate subcontractor invoices and quotations

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• 4–8 years of experience in steel/construction projects
• Strong Excel and cost control skills
• Experience in UAE contracts is a plus
