Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Execution / Interior Finishes

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify BOQs, measurements, and cost estimates for interior finishes
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations during execution
• Take accurate site measurements for interior/execution works
• Evaluate contractor, subcontractor, and supplier quotations
• Coordinate closely with site teams, designers, and procurement
• Prepare interim payment certifications and client billing
• Ensure cost control, accuracy, and timely financial reporting
• Assist in final accounts and project close-out documentation
• Support value engineering and cost optimization for interior finishes
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution practices
• Experience with site measurements, billing, and variations
• Good communication and coordination skills

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in execution/interior fit-out projects
• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in relevant field
