Your Mission: Build Winning Bids

As a core member of our US Projects Team, you will:

• Develop zero-error, detailed cost estimates for diverse US construction projects
• Build comprehensive pricing models for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Master industry-standard US pricing databases like RSMeans, Craftsman, and BNI
• Prepare compelling bid proposals, cost breakdowns, and pricing summaries that win business
• Analyze project specifications and quantities to ensure 100% cost coverage and accuracy
• Collaborate with senior estimators and project managers to validate strategies and assumptions
• Keep pricing intelligence sharp by tracking US market trends, labor rates, and material costs
• Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings (Architectural, Structural)
• Prepare BOQs with minimal supervision
• Analyze drawings, specs, and identify scope gaps
• Coordinate with senior team for clarifications (RFIs)
• Prepare basic cost estimates (material + labor)
• Work on CSI divisions (Concrete, Finishes, Framing, etc.)
• Track addendums and drawing revisions

Here’s What We’re Looking For

You must have:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in US construction cost estimation & pricing
• Expertise in unit rate building, cost modeling, and bid preparation
• Proven experience with RSMeans, Craftsman, BNI, or similar US cost databases
• Advanced MS Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, advanced functions)
• Ability to interpret US project drawings, scopes, and specs for accurate pricing
• Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and numerical precision
• Strong professional English communication skills
• Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
