About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team at L’empire Builders, Kochi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in residential construction and interior fit-out works, with a proven track record of handling cost estimations, BOQs, tendering, and project cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs for residential projects.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement.
• Monitor project costs and prepare periodic cost reports.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and management to ensure cost-effective execution.
• Ensure timely preparation of bills and certifications.
• Manage variation orders and prepare supporting documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for residential building and interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of local market rates, materials, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS-related software.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Immediate joining preferred.
