Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Joinery & Fit-Out

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in the joinery and fit-out sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, tendering, contract management, and project cost control to ensure profitable delivery of projects within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets specifically for joinery & fit-out projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work to provide accurate quantity take-offs.
• Manage tendering process, pricing, and negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and value engineering.
• Prepare interim payment applications, final accounts, and maintain proper documentation.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure commercial and contractual compliance.
• Ensure cost efficiency and support the project team in decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of QS experience in joinery & interior fit-out industry (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of material specifications, joinery details, and fit-out execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and QS software.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
