Site Engineer/Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a qualified Site Engineer / Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in civil and interior fit-out works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site supervision, cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and coordinate with project teams.
• Conduct site measurements, progress reporting, and quality checks.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Handle variation orders, interim payment applications, and final accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction and fit-out works.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and finishing works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and QS software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
