QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Roads & Infrastructure)

Minimum Requirement for Quantity Surveyor

· Should have Civil Engineering Degree / Construction Management or Equivalent.

· Well versed knowledge and experience in Roads, Infrastructure, Utilities, Drainage (Ashghal/PWA Projects)

· Should have Maga Ashghal Roads & Experience projects. At least 10 years’ experience required. Experience certificates Must.

· Should have good experience & knowledge with PRE-CONTRACT & POST CONTRACT. BOQ. Estimation and take off (Ashghal Standard)

· Preparing cost report. Prepares and submits the interim payment applications. Preparing variations analysis, insurances and guarantee logs.

· Contract prepare drafting as per Ashghal standard forms. Cost Planning and estimating (BCIS and NRM1, NRM2 MOMI, CESSM).

· Proficiency in software like MS Excel, AutoCAD (Must)

· Should have own valid QID (FREELANCER).

· Should be locally available in Qatar.

· Work Location : Doha, Qatar
