Job Description:

Jazeerat Al Hadeed Metallic CONT IND LLC is looking for a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience specifically in steel fabrication and structural installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs for steel and structural projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and technical documents to develop detailed BOQs.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams for cost control and quantity verification.
• Evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotes and assist in procurement planning.
• Monitor budgets, variations, and maintain cost tracking reports.
• Assist with contract administration, progress claims, and project closeouts.
• Ensure project compliance with industry standards and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in quantity surveying for steel fabrication and structural works.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., PlanSwift, CCS, etc.).
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Immediate availability is required.
