Quantity Surveyor Wanted

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning, quantity take-offs, budgeting, and contractual matters for construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure effective cost control, accurate valuations, and timely financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates
• Monitor project costs and control budgets
• Prepare and evaluate interim valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Review subcontractor quotations and recommend awards
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
• Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial summaries
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications
• Assist in claim preparation and cost negotiations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and contracts
• Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software
• Good understanding of FIDIC or similar contract forms
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Preferred (Added Advantage):

• Experience in building, fit-out, or high-rise projects
• GCC / Qatar project experience
• Consultancy or contractor background
