Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer ( CIVIL ) / Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in waterproofing and concrete Repair works to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating, preparing BOQs, cost control, site measurement, and coordinating with clients and project teams.

This position requires hands-on knowledge of waterproofing materials, application methods, and project execution. Candidates must have practical site experience and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs for waterproofing projects
• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and prepare progress reports
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and clients
• Prepare technical submittals, variations, and cost breakdowns
• Monitor project expenses, labor usage, and material consumption
• Assist in procurement and supplier comparison
• Ensure all waterproofing works meet project and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
• 2–5 years experience in waterproofing or concrete restoration projects (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems (membrane, coating, injection, concrete restoration etc.)
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferable )
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS tools
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to travel to multiple project sites
