Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for civil and structural works.
• Assist in tendering, bidding, and project budgeting processes.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare detailed comparison reports.
• Monitor project cost, variations, and progress claims to ensure financial control.
• Prepare and verify interim payment certificates and final accounts.
• Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and site teams to validate material quantities and work progress.
• Maintain updated records of measurements, material usage, and cost tracking reports.
• Ensure all work aligns with project specifications, drawings, and contractual obligations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong skills in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and cost estimation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Primavera/MS Project.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and cost control principles.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Must be available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
