Quantiy Surveyor

A leading Real Estate Developer & Construction Company in the Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ Quantity Surveyors.

Job Description:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Develop accurate cost estimates and project budgets.
• Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase.
• Manage and reconcile variations and claims.
• Prepare interim and final valuations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Process and evaluate change orders, ensuring accurate cost implications.
• Calculate material quantities required for various construction phases.
• Monitor project progress and measure work completed against the program.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Proven 5-7 years’ experience in civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., WinQS, CCS, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must have Gcc experience in Residential , Commercial high rise projects.
