JOB TITLE

R2R Senior Accountant | Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions | Finance

ROLE SUMMARY

This position is based in Majid Al Futtaim Ventures Finance Shared Service Centre FSSC is responsible for all the transactional accounting operations of the entities include preparation of Financial Statements. The above position will be responsible for delivery of assigned General Ledger processes, journal entries, books closing, variance reviews.

ROLE PROFILE

• Submit Financial Statement requirements for preparation
• Post ledger entries during the period and submit the same for review by the Business Unit Finance
• Perform accruals, maintain supporting statements and workings for all accruals
• Responsible to balance assigned inter-company accounts in an effective way
• Submit Financial Statement to external Auditors for Clearance
• Mange Audit and Clearance for Standalone Financial Statements
• Prepare Financial Statement Sign-off Package for internal sign-off
• Responsible to manage assigned day-to-day operational activities of assigned books

REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree: Bachelor’s degree from a faculty of commerce or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in Finance Accounting GL or auditing department.
• Preferred experience from Big 4 audit firms
• Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience
• Good written & oral communication skills - Fluent English
• Able to deliver quality work under pressure
