Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and mammograms, while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Interpret diagnostic images and prepare accurate reports to guide the treatment planning of physicians and specialists.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of clinical practice, following NABH guidelines and protocols to maintain accreditation status.
  • Ensure all radiology procedures are carried out in a safe, timely, and efficient manner, adhering to hospital policies and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with referring doctors, providing clinical insights and advice on appropriate imaging techniques and possible diagnoses.
  • Maintain meticulous records of patient scans, reports, and any relevant documentation in line with NABH standards.
  • Participate in regular audits, quality control programs, and peer reviews to ensure continuous improvement in radiology services.
  • Educate and train junior radiology staff, technicians, and other medical professionals on best practices and the latest advancements in radiology.
  • Keep abreast of technological advancements in radiology, incorporating new tools and methods that enhance patient care and diagnostic accuracy.
  • Ensure all patient confidentiality and privacy standards are adhered to according to NABH and HIPAA requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education:
  • MD/DNB in Radiology or equivalent medical qualification.
  • Certification in Radiology from a recognized institution.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Radiologist in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in a NABH-accredited facility is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
