The RAMS Manager will be responsible for managing Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety (RAMS) processes to ensure the integrity and performance of the metro system throughout its Operations & Maintenance (O&M) phase. This role requires deep technical expertise, a strong engineering background, and thorough knowledge of international standards such as EN 50126.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all RAMS processes to ensure system integrity, operational efficiency, and safety compliance across the metro network.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor RAMS strategies and frameworks aligned with project goals and international standards.
  • Conduct detailed RAMS analysis to identify risks, optimize system performance, and support decision-making throughout the O&M lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and safety teams to integrate RAMS principles into daily activities and long-term planning.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, particularly EN 50126, and maintain documentation to support audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership in RAMS-related investigations, assessments, and reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement in reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of expertise in RAMS analysis, preferably within metro or railway infrastructure projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of EN 50126 and other applicable RAMS standards and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
