RAN RCS Engineer & Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible of clarifying and agreeing to all technical details of the project(RAN, MW, RF).
• Management of test and trials with Customer.
• Management of project technical solution preparation(resource plan, operation plan etc).
• Conduct troubleshooting for site configuration and function issue, cooperate with field team/ RF/ tx/ core team to solve technical issue during swap/ rollout period.
• Swap site critical/ major alarm monitoring and troubleshooting, export improvement proposal for typical site issue.
• Planning and forming the necessary technical teams.
• Acting as the main point of contact to Customer for all technical issues.
• Clarifying and agreeing the acceptance procedures and standards with Customer.
• Main Responsible for solution HLD and LLD document preparation for the project.
• Working closely with solution, product, planning, and sales departments as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree from Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering departments.
• Very good command of both written and spoken English.
• Having strong knowledge of 2G / 3G / 4G Radio Access Network Technologies.
• Have 2-10 years of work experience in Radio Control Systems Projects.
• Proficient knowledge and method for OM platform/ Controller( RNC/BSC) and BTS commissioning and integration.
• Proficient knowledge with site LLD, familiar with main board capability, interface capacity planning, etc.
• Having multi-vendor experience.
• Having swap experience is a plus.
• Having ZTE equipment experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills both at an individual and team level.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive reports and present ideas clearly and concisely in written and oral form.
• No restriction for national occasional travel.
