Site Design Engineer（Civil Work)

Basic Responsibilities:

1) To train subcontractors & ZTE engineers for CW survey and design SOW, specs, workflow, including new built site & Swap & Upgrade sites.

2) Review and get customer’s approval of soil test report submitted by subcontractors.

3) Review and get customer’s approval of site engineering designs submitted by subcontractors including site engineering, tower/shelter/DG/BTS foundation, grounding system and electric system, etc. ensure to deliver the documents timely and assure the quality.

4) Responsible for civil part of TSSR/BOM/as built documents.

5) Responsible for controlling additional CW work quantity and items and tracing design changes.

6) Other arrangement from Design Manager.

Knowledge & Skills:

1. Have education background in civil/structural engineering.

2. Experience of civil design in Telecom industry at least 3 years, preferred for Turkcell or Türk Telekom.

3. Be familiar with the implementation workflow of Turnkey telecom projects carried out in Türkiye and be able to execute good quality control in all survey and design related activities.

4. Good at MS-Office (WORD, Excel) and AutoCAD 2D(3D is better).

5. Good communication skills and drafting skills, quality and cost oriented mind and hard working.

6. Candidates shall be familiar with relevant local and international Codes and Specifications in terms of civil work and structural design, especially for tower foundation, antenna support brackets, grounding, etc in telecommunication base stations.
