Raw Material Lifting Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Raw Material Lifting Executive with strong MS Excel skills and hands-on experience in raw material handling and logistics. The candidate will coordinate lifting operations , manage transportation, and maintain accurate records in Excel. Prior experience in refractory, sponge iron, or factory environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the lifting of raw materials.
• Arrange logistics, track vehicle movement, and ensure on-time delivery to the plant or store
• Prepare and maintain lifting records, stock updates and transport logs using MS Excel
• Verify weighbridge slips, delivery challans, and vendor documents
• Monitor daily material movement and update stock positions in coordination with the store/purchase team
• Follow up with transporters and suppliers for timely dispatch
• Address any shortages, damages, or transport-related issues
• Ensure proper documentation

Required Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in raw material handling/logistics in refractory, sponge iron, steel, or industrial sectors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – VLOOKUP, basic formulas, entry tracking, reporting
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage field operations and maintain digital records
• Education: Minimum 10th pass / ITI / Diploma / Graduate

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
