About the Role

Romeo Staffing Agency is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RCM Specialist to join our medical billing operations team in Karachi. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end revenue cycle — from patient registration and insurance verification to claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring timely reimbursements and financial accuracy for our US healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete revenue cycle, ensuring accurate and timely billing and collections.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to services.
• Review and apply proper coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) for all services.
• Submit clean claims electronically to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
• Monitor unpaid claims, manage AR, and follow up with payers for outstanding balances.
• Resolve claim rejections, denials, and appeals promptly.
• Post payments and reconcile billing data in the system.
• Collaborate with physicians, billers, and payers to address discrepancies while maintaining compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of billing activities and prepare performance reports.
• Stay updated on payer guidelines and US healthcare billing regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
• Strong knowledge of insurance billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), EOBs, and denial management.
• Hands-on experience with billing/practice management software (e.g., Kareo, AdvancedMD, Athena).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
• Prior experience with US-based physician groups or clinics is highly preferred.
