AccuMed, Qatar is Hiring an RCM Supervisor to support and oversee day-to-day revenue cycle operations within a healthcare facility in Qatar. The role involves ensuring efficient billing, claims processing, and collections while maintaining compliance with local regulations and payer requirements.

Arabic language proficiency is preferred to facilitate effective communication with patients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations including registration, insurance verification, pre-authorization, billing, coding, and claims submission
  • Monitor claims processing and ensure timely submission and follow-ups with insurance providers
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as claim rejections, denials, AR days, and collection rates
  • Manage denial resolution processes and coordinate with teams to reduce revenue leakage
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar healthcare regulations and insurance policies
  • Support audits and maintain accurate documentation of billing and claims activities
  • Coordinate with clinical, finance, and front-office teams to improve workflow efficiency
  • Train and mentor RCM staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and SOPs
  • Address escalations related to billing discrepancies, claim delays, or patient concerns
  • Prepare regular reports for management on RCM performance metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in Healthcare RCM, with supervisory or team lead experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, claims processing, and insurance workflows
  • Experience working within the Qatar healthcare system is an advantage
  • Familiarity with RCM systems, HIS, and billing software
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and leadership abilities
  • Arabic language proficiency preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in medical coding or RCM (e.g., CPC, CCS)
  • Experience in multi-specialty hospitals or clinics
  • Knowledge of international coding standards (ICD, CPT, etc.)

Salary budget for this role is 18,000 Qatari Riyals based on experience and positive Interview feedback.

Pay: Up to QAR18,000.00 per month
