Professional Billing & Collections
We are seeking a Business Analyst to play a critical part in helping senior leaders understand performance drivers, identify risk, and opportunity to make informed decisions within our Professional Billing & Collections organization. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning complex data into actionable insights.

Daily Focus
  • Analyze complex operational and financial data to explain performance trends, identify root causes, and inform both tactical actions and longer-term strategy.
  • Perform root cause analysis and summarize findings to provide clear, actionable insights for leadership
  • Work closely with multiple levels of leadership and operational teams to support continuous improvement
  • Deliver high quality reporting and analysis to drive operational and financial outcomes
  • Support ad hoc analysis and ongoing performance monitoring in a dynamic environment

Key Relationships
Reports to: Executive Director of Professional Billing & Collections

Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced data retrieval and analysis experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access (SQL knowledge required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff
  • Proven ability to take initiative, manage priorities, and meet objectives independently
  • Experience with healthcare revenue cycle workflows (billing, follow-up, denials, collections) is preferred.
