Job Description
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, in the office. Although the role will generally work to IST, the nature of the services provided to IP&I means that the successful candidate may be required to work outside of IST on occasion.
These roles will be critical in building a modern data/technology led approach to assist IP&I’s business areas to proactively monitor and assure their control environment and enable proactive self-identification of potential control issues.
The roles will responsible for driving the administration of high-quality data on the Risk OpenPages system to ensure this acts as an accurate data source of the IP&I risk and control profile. This will involve working closely with IP&I’s onshore Controls Office and the broader IP&I business to ensure the necessary updates are keyed to the system in an accurate and timely manner, meeting required data standards per the LBG Operational Risk Management (ORM) toolkit.
Additionally, we are looking for forward-thinking and analytical colleagues to look for potential trends or future control issues from the range of risk and control data they will be exposed to; providing actionable insight to management and the IP&I business.
We are looking for individuals who can be innovative, technologically adept and take a data-led approach to control assessment, driving towards a more predictive approach to potential control issue identification and supporting towards high-quality reporting with actionable insights.
Stakeholder management: excellent interpersonal and presentational skills, both upwards to director level and downwards.
