As a
mid-level research and development analyst on the Fleet & Specialty Programs team, you'll advance strategic initiatives and refine product models to drive profitable growth in the large fleet transportation market. You'll provide meaningful impact and contribute to the future success of Fleet & Specialty Programs by using data-driven insights, you'll tackle business challenges, support decision-making processes, and improve rating models to enhance product offerings.

Must-have qualifications-
High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of five years relevant experience in statistical/quantitative modeling and in using various database tools to manipulate large volumes of structured data.

{OR} Bachelor's degree in quantitative field of study and a minimum of two years analytical work experience.

Preferred skills-
Prior insurance experience as a quantitative analyst
- Proven experience with predictive modelling with strong analytical aptitude and intellectual curiosity

Experience with data manipulation using tools such as SQL, SAS, R, or equivalent

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Intermediate computer skills including, Microsoft Office, with demonstrated skills in Excel - including the ability to create, manipulate, and formulate spreadsheets - including v-look-up, tables, charts, and graphing
Compensation-
$72,100 - $96,100/year
