Product Development

What you’ll be doing:

• Conduct research to develop new products or enhance existing ones.
• Design, develop, and implement quality control and testing methods and protocols.
• Perform testing and experimentation to validate product designs.
  
  

Standards And Compliance

• Test current and new products to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Qualify materials in accordance with group guidelines and requirements.
  
  

Manufacturing Support

• Provide support for metal profile production in plants and assist with the commissioning of new machinery.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address and resolve issues during trial runs and ensure a smooth transition from pilot-scale to full-scale production.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers to understand product requirements and align development activities.
• Represent the company in external organizations, including third-party laboratories, customer visits, and academic institutions.
  
  

Data Analysis And Reporting

Analyze technical data and prepare comprehensive reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’d Love For You To Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing construction products.
• Proficient in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration across departments.
• Ability to work in an R&D laboratory environment.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
• Position based in Ankara, Turkey.
