What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and mentor a team of 4+ engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a growth-oriented environment.
• Collaborate with Product Management to define, prioritize, and execute on the product roadmap for vECU simulation solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of robust, scalable simulation and testing solutions, ensuring high-quality implementation and smooth release execution.
• Guide software architecture evolution in close partnership with senior engineers, aligning with product strategy and customer requirements.
• Coordinate cross-team initiatives focused on performance optimization, extensibility, and compliance with industry standards.
• Establish and promote technical best practices, driving engineering excellence and scalable development processes throughout the team.
• Manage hiring, performance, and career development, ensuring a strong pipeline of engineering talent and effective succession planning.
• Balance immediate project delivery with sustainable, future-proof architectural decisions.

What You’ll Need:

• B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• 10–12+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong background in C/C++, algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design.
• Proven experience in leading and developing software engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, product development cycles, and simulation techniques, including co-simulation and hard real-time simulation concepts.
• Hands-on expertise with Git, CI/CD workflows, and designing/scaling test automation frameworks for complex systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on high-quality product delivery.
• Knowledge of automotive protocols (CAN, LIN, SPI, Ethernet) and standards (FMI, SSP, XIL, A2L, MDF, DCM) is a plus.
• Experience with Software Defined Vehicles (SDV), Virtual Electronic Control Units (vECUs), digital twins, or advanced simulation platforms is advantageous.
