Job Description

We are seeking a Senior R&D professional with strong hands-on experience in bakery improvers to support product development, process optimization, and innovation. The role requires practical knowledge of bakery ingredients and improvers, the ability to conduct trials, and collaboration with production and quality teams.

Candidate must be willing to relocate to Zarqa, Jordan.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead R&D trials and experiments for bakery improvers
  • Optimize formulations and processes for dough performance, volume, texture, and shelf life
  • Provide technical guidance and training to production teams on the use of bakery improvers
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and marketing teams to introduce new products
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to ingredients, improvers, and bakery processes
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and operational standards


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in bakery improvers
  • Strong understanding of bakery ingredients, additives, and dough systems
  • Practical experience in industrial or commercial bakeries
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Zarqa, Jordan
  • Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or Bakery-related field
  • Prior experience in R&D, formulation, or technical support in bakery ingredient companies
  • Experience in product trials, process optimization, or innovation projects.
