Job Responsibilities:

Lead learning innovation:
o Identify new ideas and trends in learning and technology.
o Test new ideas through pilots.
o End-to-end accountable for how new ideas are identified, tested, evaluated and decide which ideas to scale and which to stop based on results.
Define learning design standards:
o Develop common templates and reusable learning components and content operations ( templates, metadata).

Deploy AI-assisted authoring to improve learning:
o Learning analytics for impact at scale.
o Use learning data and analytics to measure effectiveness.

  • Capture and share knowledge ( AARs- After-Action Reviews, playbooks, case banks) and ensure uptake.

o Document lessons learned, best practices, and case studies.
o Ensure teams actively use shared knowledge resources.

Collaborate across teams:
o Work closely with Program, IT, and Customer Experience teams.
o Embed new innovations into live offerings.
o Track learning impact and return on investment (ROI).

Job Requirements:

  • 7+ years in learning design/edtech; track record scaling pilots to production.
  • Hands-on with LLMs/AI, XAPI/learning analytics, and game mechanics.
  • Strong product mindset; evidence-based decision making; stakeholder influence.
