Learning Experience Senior Specialist — STEAM Learning

About the Role

The Learning Experience Senior Specialist plays a key role in coordinating and delivering high-quality STEAM learning experiences across programs and products within the STEAM Learning pillar. The role focuses on translating learning objectives into engaging, hands-on, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support curiosity, creativity, and foundational skill development.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Experience Delivery & Quality

Support the delivery and continuous improvement of STEAM learning experiences, ensuring activities are engaging, age-appropriate, pedagogically sound, and aligned with intended learning outcomes.

Curriculum Implementation & Activities

Work with learning designers to implement STEAM curricula, learning activities, and projects, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with learning objectives and progression across levels.

Instructor Support & Training

Support instructor onboarding, preparation, and ongoing development by contributing to training sessions, instructional resources, and facilitation guidance that strengthen delivery quality and learner engagement.

Learner Engagement & Journey

Support the learner journey across STEAM programs—from onboarding through learning activities and evaluations—ensuring a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning experience.

Assessment & Feedback Support

Support the implementation of assessment tools and feedback processes, contributing to the collection and synthesis of learner insights and learning outcomes.

Learning Culture & Classroom Dynamics

Contribute to a healthy STEAM learning culture by supporting positive classroom dynamics, learner participation, and effective instructor–learner communication.

Reflection & Improvement

Collect feedback from learners, instructors, and sessions, and contribute insights to inform iterative improvements in STEAM learning experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Science, Arts, Design, or a related field.

• 
  3–4 years of experience in STEAM education, learning experience delivery, or instructional coordination.

• 
  Strong understanding of learner-centered, hands-on, or project-based learning approaches.

• 
  Experience supporting instructors and facilitating learning activities with children or youth.

• 
  Strong coordination, communication, and facilitation skills.
