About the role
This role will develop and optimize new and reformulated products by conducting lab and pilot trials, analyzing results, and driving continuous improvement.

Reporting To RD&A Manager
Key responsibilities

Develop and optimize new and reformulated products across assigned categories.

Conduct lab and pilot trials, analyze results, and recommend improvements.

Partner with customers to co-create tailored solutions and support product launches.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and troubleshooting expertise.

Ensure compliance with internal quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, operations, marketing, and procurement.

Drive innovation, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and skills

Preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.

Preferably a minimum 8 years of experience in product development within the food industry.

Strong technical knowledge in sauces, soups, dressings, toppings, and sweet applications.

Proven record in customer collaboration and successful commercialization.

Fluent in English; strong communication and project management skills.
