We represent public agencies and private developers in numerous areas of litigation including construction, real estate, wrongful termination and general liability defense. Our transactional practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition and monetization of public and private property. Our practice is dynamic and expanding in a controlled and thoughtful trajectory. We do not hire for the sake of numbers.

We are looking for candidates who fit in with the firm culture and dedication to quality and responsiveness. We neither require or expect or desire a grindstone atmosphere where lives are controlled by the billable hour. We believe in work/life balance and treat our attorneys as adults who can perform at a high level irrespective of where their laptop is plugged in. We have offices in Los Angeles, Pleasanton, San Diego and Pacific Grove but proximity to a physical office is not required.
